Hi, my name is David Carroll. I have been a deputy with the Pike County, Missouri Sheriff's Office for the last 22 years and just recently promoted to the detective bureau. Pike County is approximately 685 square miles with 18,516 people. I have been collecting patches since I was 13 years old.
